Home and Art is the unincorporated organization that serves as the board of advisors for 3 complimentary businesses.

  1. Real Estate Brokerage & Relocation Company:   The brokerage is broken into sales, management, relocation, and development. The relocation company will grow relationships and help us identify talented agents that will grow a global brokerage with strong local roots. Art Gallery & Auction House:  The art gallery provides high-traffic dining establishments for local artists to display their work and event management for paint night, and live music events.  The auction house is a marketing channel for the art gallery and will be expanded to include real estate auctions.   The websites are TheConnecticutArtGallery.com and Auctionit.Online
  3. Home & Art Magazine: The online magazine will grow globally providing marketing for the art gallery, brokerage and future divisions at a greatly reduced cost.  Printed monthly tabloids will provide local market penetration and a quarterly printed magazine will be available for global distribution.  The websites is HomeandArtMagazine.com

Future of the Company

The companies brick and mortar future is a branded drinking, dining, entertainment and banquet venue. Essentially the local bar where you can hold private functions at.  The facility will often include residential and office space. All three of the businesses will grow along with this development concept. Growth will start slow, with 1 location purchased in the next 18 months.  In ten years there will be 1,000 locations and the company will be traded on the stock market.

The target audience for Home & Art Inc. is homeowners, including current owners and those in the planning stage.  The gallery creates a culture of art, music, food and drink that appeals to agents and customers of the brokerage. People do business with people they know like and trust.

Summary

Art and housing are two of the oldest industries in the world. When you look at an ant colony or beehive it becomes obvious that the art of home building is engrained in the DNA of all living creatures.  There is zero evidence that art and housing will ever go out of style.   Combining art and real estate to create entertainment venues, build relationships and replace real estate offices is a solid plan.
